This website is operated by SNDGRS. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SNDGRS. These Terms govern your access to the site and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to use the site. You may not use the site or our products for an unlawful purpose, interfere with site security or functionality, distribute malicious code, scrape or exploit site content without authorization, or violate applicable laws.

Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, colors, photographs, prices, and availability accurately. Displays vary by device, and minor differences may occur. Inventory can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders where permitted. Limited production does not by itself make an item Final Sale; any Final Sale restriction will be stated before purchase.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the site or checkout states otherwise. Taxes, duties, shipping, and other charges are shown where applicable. We may correct pricing or product-information errors and may cancel an affected order. If a canceled order has been charged, the amount paid for that order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, incorrect payment or address information, inventory limitations, pricing errors, or other lawful reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund for the canceled item or order.

For address changes or cancellation requests, email hello@sndgrs.com within 2 hours of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts, but cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing begins or a shipping label is created.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing and transit estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed. Carrier, weather, customs, and address-related delays can occur. If tracking shows delivered but a parcel cannot be located, follow the steps in the Shipping Policy and contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with the carrier investigation. Available remedies depend on the facts, applicable law, and carrier findings.

Preorders

Preorder terms apply only to products expressly marked Preorder before purchase. The applicable product page will state the estimated shipping window. We will communicate a material delay using the contact information provided at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligibility, timing, condition requirements, return-shipping responsibility, complimentary U.S. size exchanges, and refund processing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual Property

The site and its content—including the SNDGRS name, logos, branding, graphics, photography, video, product names, copy, and designs—are owned by or licensed to SNDGRS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The site may use or link to third-party platforms, payment services, carriers, and websites. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or services except to the extent required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. This section does not exclude any warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNDGRS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold SNDGRS harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site or material breach of these Terms.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless applicable law requires otherwise.
