Refund policy
At SNDGRS, we stand behind the quality of every piece we produce. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must include original packaging when possible
- No visible wear, stains, odors, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or limited-run products
- Items marked non-returnable at checkout
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or denial.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank/provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you on an exchange, subject to inventory availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
