At SNDGRS, every order is handled with care and intention. We aim to provide reliable shipping timelines and clear communication throughout the fulfillment process.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

During limited releases, launches, holidays, or periods of elevated demand, processing times may be longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Carrier rates
  • Package weight and dimensions

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Preorders & Limited Releases

Some products may be offered as preorder or limited-run releases.

If an item is marked as preorder:

  • Estimated ship timing will be stated on the product page
  • Delays may occur due to production or logistics timelines

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept these potential timing variations.

Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

SNDGRS is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping details
  • Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

If an order is returned due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SNDGRS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package was stolen or lost after delivery:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first
  • Then contact us and we’ll do our best to assist

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT fees
  • Any additional country-specific charges

SNDGRS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and item
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review the situation and work toward a resolution.
